Hi, my name is Nina and I am the owner and teacher at Home Body Yoga.
When I started practicing yoga 10 years ago, I loved how it made me feel. Calm, balanced, strong, connected to others and to myself. When I moved interstate away from friends and family, I went to yoga classes at my gym and it brought me home to myself - a place where I felt confident and safe.
When I was pregnant with my son last year, yoga connected me to my ever changing body, to my baby and to other beautiful mums that are still my friends now.
Yoga for me has always been about coming home and accepting myself through all stages of life. This is what I hope to share through Home Body Yoga.
"I love Home Body Yoga. Nina made me feel welcome from the very first time I nervously turned up to a class. It's now become part of my weekly routine to relax and unwind while moving my body. I love seeing how my body has risen to the challenge and is able to move in a way I never thought possible."

"I’ve taken over 100 classes at Home Body Yoga, across Stretch, Slow Flow and Vinyasa. The studio has a calm, welcoming vibe and Nina is consistently knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. A place that truly supports growth in body and mind. I highly recommend Home Body to anyone looking to deepen their practice or just move and feel better."
- BRITT
"I've been going to Home Body since I was pregnant, and it has truly become my sanctuary. It's a place where I can reconnect with my body and find a sense of peace. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and Nina is a lovely teacher. I look forward to class every week."

A fun and engaging workshop combining nutrition education with movement, highlighting the important role both play in our overall wellbeing. Run alongside nutritionist, Amy Crumblin (@slowlivinginaus), we offer workshops catering to preschoolers, primary and high schoolers.
What do I need to bring to class?
Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a sweat towel (optional/particularly in summer). Don't forget to switch your phone over to silent before class starts!
Can I bring a friend or family member to class?
Yes, you can! If your guest is new, they can attend their first class with you for free. You can add them when you go to book yourself in. This offer is not valid for Mummy & Me, or for those on our Intro Offer.
Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
Definitely not! Yoga is a diverse and holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind. It supports flexibility, strength, cardiovascular health, and a balanced nervous system. Most importantly, yoga is a practice without judgment — it meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re a beginner or have been practicing for years.
